Additional Contest Rules

It is your
responsibility to ensure that the banner and icon sent to us is deemed
absolutely original. Any breach to this or any plagiarized graphics will disqualify your submission. The candidate will be deemed responsible for any copyright violation.

All
banners and icons submitted will become the sole property of the Craft Shop
Mall. The banner and icon once sent, will not be returned to you. It will become a property of the
PCC Graphics. All rights, including Intellectual Property Rights to your
banner work shall be automatically transferred to PCC Graphics after its submission. We
will have the sole discretion to reproduce your work whether in part or in full for all times to come.

We may place all
banners online and ask our mall guests to vote for their
favorite choices.

mall... so keep this in mind when designing your banner and icon.
